And you trusted Trump? Read the fine print!


If you've ever bought new construction then you're familiar with those contract clauses that give the developer tons of options and the buyer not so many. Today's article in the Tribune is an example of why buyers need 1) an educated and trusted Buyers Agent and 2) an attorney familiar with how to negotiate contracts with developers. Is anyone surprised to see The Donald using obscure contract language to his own benefit regardless of the damage to his reputation? If so, fire yourself.
